the day !!

being dizzy-winzy these days because of the medicine.
the doctor and my mum advised to stop it maybe it doesn't help out on me but make it worse.
so happy after i stop eating the medicine..because i can eat a lot of things!!
**due to the days while i am having the medicine cure, V has lost the appetite to eat**
i need to eat things to recover my strength!!
but sadly the Good Friday, which is yesterday..V is suppose to fast.
**sorry dear papa..i am not well...**
so i did not fast on the day..because i have to take good care of my health first.

And tomorrow the day will be come.
i want to make some Easter egg :)
maybe tonight~~
hehe

thanks you my heavenly Father..
had experience something and i felt happy with it~
really a nice experience!!


got to eat my other medicine again~
darn lots of it..
V had been never stop eating medicine since last year~!!

rElaXing daY~

V went to shopping at Pavillion with housemates yesterday..
but we didn't manage to take pictures together as we are all rushing for movie and spending the money!
and also V did something very extraordinary things which me, myself and i never think of.

As usual, we had our lunch first before we went out to shake-our-butts of the shops.
We arrived there quite late in the afternoon which i kept complaining that they snatched off my shopping time~
**gggrrrrrrrr** LOL

My boy, sis and i arrived first at the destination..so we waited for our friends arrival..
and we manage to have some hi-tea first while waiting..

There, i ordered some dessert to eat..
**you know V likes to eat things anytime anywhere...hehe**
so waiting for the food to come..
i took some picture on the cozy-sofa..

and it was supper creamy at the taste..

and my housemate are arrived right in the time..
so we went to shop before the movie..
and the movie we watch not nice..it was a waste for me..
and girls normally cannot stand for not-nice movie so we sneak out the cinema..
left the guys behind..continue to shop ourselves.
hehe..

after shopping..we are all very tired..
and V totally forget the time to take medicine..
so quickly we went to a Kopitiam and eat something to fill my stomach..
but it's too late..
V feeling more and more uneasy on the stomach..
so eat a little bit and gulp down lots of water and medicines.

Yet, the rain stop!! *yesterday downpour...so stuck there!!
we went to meet my friends Vanessa and Sze Sze..
and took the taxi home.

here comes the things i had done..something disgusting..never-think-of..
V vomited in the taxi on the way back..but in the plastic bag!!
*V always take care of other people's things..*
haha..
i think the taxi driver is very pissed off and feeling so unlucky~
and people in the taxi is very unlucky indeed..
because the smell..was..disgusting!!!
haha

OH MY!!!

this post is related to V's medical report..

some of the dreamers was so curious how unhealthy i was due to the report said..
i don't mind sharing this as it was a fact to me..
and i know people are caring of me :)
plus...curiosity kills the cats...aren't they?

...v in da house...

some people are concerning for their health..but some don't..

and i do care about my health... ** now :D ** ~~!!
people always say..the wealth of health!!
health is the treasure of life..**i agree now..**
i want to be wealthier...of cause..beside health..
LOL

i was once received the medical report of the blood test...
i almost fainted!!
and while you are reading the paragraphs below..
please believe...that i am only 21 years-old..

...one of the test..urine...

the story began during the time i went back to Sibu town.
V was feeling so uneasy and suffering from the upset stomach..
so V's mum decided to bring me taking the blood test..
also checking the remain things like cholesterol..
**due to the previous year report..V got high cholesterol**
and all because of the genetic reason from V's dad family background...
Yet, quite most of the Tiong's family get the genetic of high cholesterol passing down from V's grandparent. Included V's elder brother and sister..and V's mum was headache for this!!

so..the day taking the medical report 3 days later after the blood test..
mum only shake her head..with her speechless-expression..
okay..i know what that's mean..my cholesterol was increased again..
but mum said..this time..even more serious..
i was shocked..!!

...v's medical report...

from the lipid studies..the total cholesterol should not exceed the range of 5.2 mmol/L **oh my..**
i get 7.4 mmol/L ... **goshhh....**
higher than the last time but lower than the first time..
yes..and no doubt..the bad one defeats the good one..!!
sigh...
browsing down the report...**no way**...
the creatinine of the renal function..which means the kidney...
it was supposed to be in the range of 40-80 umol/L
i get...92 umol/L (=.=")
*comparing to my sister's previous report..she was in the normal rate around 60 something..*
V's mum :" following by me and my mum.."
*what's now?? first the cholesterol-genetic passed down by grandma and now the kidney problem passed down by grandmother?? WHY ME???*
**by the way, V's grandmother is facing the problem of kidney and would go for cleaning-kidney-things soon..please pray for her from not suffering too much of the pain..also to get better soon..**
thus, the one who pass the report to me told me that i eat too much salty food..
and should take care of it right after NOW!!
or else...might get the renal function..dysfunction...

and one more thing..the guy suddenly turn to the next page..


he said : "based on the report of the microscopy section..it stated [others : yeast-like cells seen].."
he continued :" you should had it cure by now..if not..you might face the problem of giving birth in the future.."
continued again : "...it might get worse in the following few years..so better be quick..."

today is a special day of my boy, Mr.V!! **happy birthday~**
...and what i mean TODAY is 6th of April...
and.....that's him.......

stop by at the house to drop my things and later we head toward for our dinner~....STEAMBOAT..!!

After finished our dinner at around 10.30pm..
we took some stupid picture somewhere around for digestion...
NAH~it's only because Ah Choo forget to take some picture of us..
so i asked him what is the use of the camera inside Loong's pocket??
LOL...!!! I reminded him (*.*)... ** good memory :P **
we spend some time fooling around with funs :)

Back to home..we all rushed and fight for the WC..
everyone was in the rush...cause drinking a big full glass of fruit juice!!

Yet, all of us had enough rest..and my boy was outside the corridor talking with his buddy..
inside, we were preparing his cake..!!
and we gave him a surprise..
took a lot of picture again then....

...with the birthday boy...

but we ended up only eating the cake...and browsing through the camera to find the suspect!!
cause all of us were very tired..
owh...the suspect things..we were looking for the suspect of pushing my boy's head into the embrace of the cake surface..
so..everyone had joined the party..even glorz joined too...
who's gonna miss it anyway??
